Cake Decorating Classes
Our long line of chefs, book launches and t.v appearences have now pushed us into showing people how we do what we do.
The Classes Start on the 1st of November and end on the 22nd of December.

There are limited places. Only 12 in each class. First in best dressed.
We will only open a second class if we must.
8 week term, 7.15pm - 9.15pm.
$310.00 per term, $38.75 per week. Introductory offer $280.00.
For qualified teachers, a new clean enviironment with no need to bring bowls,spoons and equipment, colours and ingredients able to be purchased on site.
You will need to purchase a beginners kit, if you have never cake decorated before.
Unlike other cake courses, we don not limit you to one style of cake. We are the most involved course about. Qualified cake tacher for over 25 years!!

- birthday themes
- cup cakes
- Novelty cakes
- moulding
- novelty animals
- cake styles of your choice
- colouring fondants
- basic DIY skills to complete a cake of your choice
